Automatic Packing & Palletizing Line
The line combines an automatic bag placer, packing machine, conveyors, check weigher, inkjet coder, palletizing robot, pallet magazine, pallet shaper and stretch wrapper. It runs the whole process from bag placing, weighing and filling to palletizing and wrapping without operators, for both valve bags and open-mouth bags.

Working principle
Empty bags are placed automatically and filled to the set weight, then conveyed to the check weigher where off-weight bags are rejected. Accepted bags are coded and stacked by the robot in the selected pattern; full pallets are shaped, wrapped and discharged.
