SF Series Sand Making Machine
The SF Series is a vertical impact sand making machine designed mainly for sand production, with powder collection as a secondary function. It is used for natural colored sand, manufactured sand and aggregate shaping, and usually works with a crusher, elevator, belt feeder, vibrating screen and dust collector as a complete sand making line.

Working principle
Feed is split into two streams by the distributor. One stream is accelerated by the high-speed rotor and thrown out to collide with the other stream. In the vortex chamber the material is crushed by repeated impact, friction and grinding before discharging from the bottom. Because crushing happens mostly rock-on-rock, metal wear and contamination are greatly reduced, and internal air circulation keeps dust down.
