Square Tumbler Screen (MRFX)
The MRFX square tumbler screen (gyratory reciprocating screen) imitates manual sieving. An eccentric drive rotating around a fixed axis produces a regularly changing reciprocating inertial force, giving high throughput, a fully enclosed design and long screen life.

Working principle
Driven by the inertial force, the screen box moves back and forth and the screen surface swings periodically, so material advances in directional hops. Particles smaller than the mesh pass to the lower deck as undersize; larger particles discharge from the deck as oversize.
