Linear Vibrating Screen (MRZX)
The MRZX linear vibrating screen uses vibration motors as its excitation source, making material hop forward in a straight line over the mesh and separating it into several sizes across multiple decks. It offers low energy use, high output, a simple structure, easy maintenance and a fully enclosed, dust-free design for automated production lines.

Working principle
Two vibration motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions. The forces of their eccentric weights cancel parallel to the motor axis and combine perpendicular to it, producing straight-line motion. With the motors inclined to the screen deck, material moves forward in hops under this force and its own weight, and is classified by size.
